Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, fresh flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for our standard 30-day return or refund policy. Sale pricing is offered on limited, seasonal, promotional, or clearance inventory at a reduced price, and these purchases are therefore considered final once completed.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your current item, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union and the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Where required by applicable law, this right also applies to discounted or sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
